Is it true that there are different configuration options for accessing the portal?

Yes, there are different configuration options for the portal, depending on the access (either through the mobile phone or desktop/PC/laptop). According to your personal preferences, MyZapp option allows you to organize how and in what order the information will be displayed, when accessing the portal from your mobile phone.

In this case, the simulator will show you how ZappMobile portal will look when accessing it from your phone. Also note that most areas/ services have configuration options available on your phone (e.g. edit button or show on the first page).

The second option, Configuration, helps you arrange the way the portal content will be displayed when accessing ZappMobile form a desktop. Both configuration options are available when accessing the portal from a PC.

How often can I change my configuration options?

The changes available in your configuration options (Configuration and My Zapp) can be done as often as you like. The way you see the information when accessing the portal from your phone or desktop may differ.
