How can I activate the Email Alerts service?
You can activate this service from ZappMobile.ro > Zapp Mail. All you need to do is enter the portal, access ZappMail > Options and Antispam > SMS E-mail Alerts. In Apply to field select Subject, and then at Condition type choose is not; at condition text fill in with asdt. Press Add button and then Add alert. You will receive alerts for all received emails that do not have as subject the word asdt. Email Alerts service is free for all Zapp subscribers.
What are the email alerts?
Email alerts are short messages (SMS) you can receive on your Zapp phone announcing you that you have received a new email. This type of SMS alert contains the sender's name, subject, sending date and hour of the email. Email Alerts service is free for all Zapp customers with a portal account.
What is my email quota and how can I increase it?
The standard email quota is 100MB. In case you want to, you can increase it to 1GB for 2.68 EUR/month. To increase your email storage space, call 111(free call) / 402.44.44 (paid call) service available 24h/day. Each modification will be processed and operated within the system in maximum 2 working days since the departments have received your request.
How can I access my email account?
You can access your email via web mail, www.zappmobile.ro, with an email client such as OE, Microsoft OE, and Mozilla etc by using our servers POP3, IMAP or SMTP. Settings: IMAP Server: imap.zappmobile.ro, POP3 Server: pop.zappmobile.ro, SMTP Server:smtp.zappmobile.ro
What is my email address?
Your email address (availablename@zappmobile.ro) is the same with your portal Zapp name, used when you access ZappMobile portal.
How can I create an email account within ZappMobile portal?
Access www.zappmobile.ro and use Register option. Carefully read Terms and Conditions, and fill in the online form. Based on the activation code, username and password, you will then be able to access your portal account. Once the account was created, you automatically have an active email address. Attention! Zapp name is the same with your email address name.
