Zapp Compliment Card
Can I use the Zapp Compliment card issued for the previous owner of the contract?
In case of contract owner change, you will immediately benefit of the Zapp Compliment fidelity card provided that:
- You fulfil all conditions for issuing the fidelity card;
- You, as current owner, have subscribed Zapp Compliment programme.
If the first condition is not satisfied, you must wait till you have reached 12 months within Zapp network, so we can issue the fidelity card.
How can I activate my fidelity card?
You can activate your fidelity card by simply calling 403 (free call) or by accessing the Zapp Compliment area available on ZappMobile portal.
When and how can I receive my Zapp Compliment fidelity card?
We will send your fidelity card in 30 days from receiving and processing your coupon. The card will be emitted when you reach 12 active months within the Zapp network.

Who can use the Zapp Compliment fidelity card?
The fidelity card may be used only by the account administrator who is the sole person authorized to decide how these points should be used.
What is Zapp Compliment card?
The Silver Card grants you access to products/ services available only through Zapp Compliment. Fidelity Gold Card offers you even more benefits: 10% discount to all products/ services available in e-shop, and access to special offers.
The Platinum Card gives you a special status. You can benefit of a 15% discount to all products and services available in the e-shop, but also, dedicated Customer Care.
