When you call the Voice Mail service for the first time, you must enter the preset password of the Voice Mail service 1111#. After that you can change this password.

What does Professional Voice Mail mean?

Professional Voice Mail allows you to send messages to a group of partners, based on a list that you can organize all by yourself. You also have a higher message storage capacity (40x 2minutes messages; listened messages are stored for 7 days, while those untouched are kept 10 days).
Pricing: 2.68 EUR (VAT included) monthly fee as long as you are using the service (except those tariff plans that include this service for free). For listening to these messages you must pay a 0.06 EUR (VAT included) fee.

How can I permanently deactivate the Voice Mail service?

If you want to deactivate permanently the Voice Mail service, call 111(free of charge call) or 402.44.44 (paid call), Customer Care Department. This change will be operated in the system the same day.
