Using Zapp point
In case I'm taking over an existing contract, can still use the products/ services already bought by the previous owner through Zapp Compliment?
The products and services already purchased with loyalty points may not be transferred under any circumstances from one account to another.
Is there any limitation for the number of possible transactions for one single account?
You can make as many orders as you like if you have enough Zapp points accumulated on your account.
If I order a product (terminal accessory, or promotional material), can I receive at home?
All ordered products can be taken from any Zapp shops during 15 days form the date of the original request.
Can I transfer my Zapp points to another account?
Accumulated points are not transferable from an account to another, except the owner change cases. In these cases, the points will be transferred only if the following conditions are cumulated:
- All the handsets are transferred from the old account to the same new account.
- The client requests it in writing on the ownership change form.
- Old customers agree.
Can I receive something else in exchange for my Zapp points besides products/ services?
The points and all other rights given to all members of the Zapp Compliment can not be transferred, sold, granted or used otherwise than in accordance with program's Terms and Conditions. The Zapp points do not have monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Is there a validity period for the consumption of the Zapp points?
The points are granted based on the monthly paid invoice value without VAT. They are valid for consumption 36 months from the date they have been granted.
Can I buy Zapp Compliment's products/ services with cash?
Yes. In case your Zapp points do not cover the price of the desired Zapp Compliment product/ service, you must go to any of the Zapp shop, buy more Zapp points and place your order within Zapp Compliment area available on www.zappmobile.ro portal. The rate for 1 Zapp point = 0.1 EUR +VAT. Zapp team can assist you with this transaction.
How can I use my Zapp points?
You can consume your Zapp points by ordering products/services such as call minutes bundles, SMS packages, Internet hours bundles, international calls, promotional materials etc.
How can I find out how many Zapp points I have?
You can find out your points balance calling 403 (free call) or in the e-shop section of ZappMobile portal. Also, on your monthly invoice you can find the previous, accorded and consumed points, corresponding to the previous month.
How can I gather more Zapp points?
You start gathering Zapp points with the first day of subscription, regardless of your enrollment time in the program. As long as you pay a Zapp subscription, for each 1 Eur on your monthly bill you get 1 Zapp point. In other words, every call you make, SMS you send, email you read or send from your handset, ZappMe application you download brings you more Zapp points. For your monthly invoices dated before July 1, 2003, you get 1 Zapp point for each paid 2 Eur. The Zapp points are offered for the total value of the invoice, but without including the VAT.
When do I start accumulating Zapp points?
You start to gather up Zapp points automatically from the first day of subscription, regardless of your enrollment time in the program. However, you must first to join the program to use your Zapp points.
