How can I change my current subscription type?

If you want to change your current subscription, all you have to do is send a written request at 021/206.33.56-fax number within at least 3 working days previous to your bill date and this will be operated starting with your next bill date.

How much does it cost me to change my subscription type?

Starting with the 10 of April 2010, if you are already a Zapp subscriber you can migrate to a bundle subscription with more included minutes or to a higher value subscription (for the rest of the subscriptions, except Share) anytime.

You can downgrade your subscription as follows:

  • after 8 months since the initial activation of your contract, renewal date or the initial activation date for the responsibility transfer
  • after 4 months since your last rate plan change or reactivation after the subscription deactivation

Changing your rate plan is free of charge and can be done in our shops, in the shops of authorized Zapp partners or by contacting one of our Customer Care Representatives.

How I am charged for my phone calls?

All Zapp subscribers are charged based on a unique specific pricing policy; what differs is the rate per call minute/ data transfer that may vary from one subscription type to another. The charging of your phone calls is done after the first minute at second, the first minute being indivisible.

  • If you have a subscription with national minutes included, all the calls you initiate are taken from those monthly-included minutes; the additional call minutes are charged according to the tariff plan you have chosen. In other words, granularity for national calls is 60 seconds + 1 second, while for international calls is 60 seconds.
  • Data granularity is 1 second. If you have a Zapp subscription with minutes included, all your calls to other networks will be charged according to tariff plan that you have chosen.
  • For Zapp Share Free subscriptions, national minutes are valid for all the numbers of your account. These minutes cannot be divided for each number apart; consequently, all calls initiated by any number of the account are subtracted from the total number of minutes assigned to that account.
