When can I join Zapp Compliment?

You can join this program at any time! There is no limit date for enrollment. You can even subscribe before your 1st year in the network. You will receive your fidelity card after you have reached 12 active months as a Zapp subscriber.

How can I join the programme?

All you need to do in order to benefit of the advantages offered by Zapp Compliment is to fill in the coupon and send it back to us. You can download the coupon from www.zappmobile.ro portal/section Compliment/download coupon or you can find it in any Zapp shop. You will be able to use the program starting with the 13th month of subscription and after you received your fidelity card.

What is Zapp Compliment programme?

Zapp Compliment is a loyalty program that rewards you fidelity, by giving you Zapp points for each invoice. In return, you'll be able to buy various standard and special Zapp products/ services. To take advantage of this offer, you must first enroll in Zapp Compliment program. Any customer, not including the ones with activations on data plans after August 1st, 2006 and activations on fixed WLL terminals, can benefit on the advantages of Zapp Compliment program.
