What does Info Cost tell me?

The unconsumed minutes are marked with "-" sign, while the additional costs have the "+" sign in front. As account owner of a Zapp Share Free subscription, you can see the traffic costs and statistics both for the entire group and for each partner.

You also must know that any of your partners can see the account traffic: If the account traffic is not over passed, each user will visualize the credit still available for entire account; If the overall traffic account is exceeded, each partner will see his own additional traffic and its total value.

How can I see the information provided by Info Cost?

You have two options to access the information provided by Info Cost:

• Call 333 (free of charge) and you will get a short message (free SMS) containing updated information about the traffic of that specific phone number;
• Register in ZappMobile www.zappmobile.ro portal and access Info Cost area.

Info Cost information can be more easily read from your mobile phone, if you use My Zapp option that can display the Info Cost link in the first page of the portal. Here you will find more detailed Info Cost information for your account.

How often is the information provided by Info Cost updated?

Generally speaking, the update for Info Cost is done immediately after your last voice call. During your specific billing date (one of the three available - 1st, 10th, 20th day of each month), you cannot see either the information regarding the rollover minutes or the daily information about your traffic. The information will only be available after the invoice is billed.

What is Info Cost?

Info Cost service gives you the most important information about your subscription and your monthly costs: how many minutes your subscription includes, how many minutes you have left and if you have any additional costs.

The information provided by Info Cost service has only informative value, not a contractual one. The service does not include information about additional value added services such as standard SMS, calendar alerts, data traffic, free calls to 111, 400 etc.
