Call barring

What does call barring mean?

This service gives you the possibility to restrict the calls of a certain number. The owner of that phone will only be able to call numbers from Zapp network. This restriction does not apply to SMS or data transfer.

What do I have to pay for activating call barring?

Call baring has two payment methods:

One time payment of 35.70 EUR (VAT included) for the entire subscription period; you will be able to make as many (de)activations as you like by just calling Customer Care Department at 111 (free call) or 402.44.44 (paid call). This method is only available to account owners.

In the case of Zapp Share Free subscriptions, there is a cu 2.38 EUR (VAT included) fee for each restricted phone number. In this case, any further activation or deactivation of the call baring service is done with a $3 fee/ change for each phone separately.
