How can I change my password?
From the main menu, access Configuration, Profile. Here you can change the password and the setting language you have chosen for the portal.
How can I change my username / Zapp name/ Zapper to access ZappMobile?
To change your Zapp name, your current active account must be erased, the system allowing only one portal account for each phone number. To do that, you must send a message to data.support@zapp.ro, containing the account name, the phone number, contract owner name, phone number user's name, subscription type, and the account name change request.
Before sending this request make sure you have saved all your email messages in a different email account because these will not be available into the new portal account. After the account will be erased, you need to register again in the ZappMobile portal.
How can I recover my activation code for my portal account?
Call for free at 400, Data Support, service available 24h/day. After making any of these calls, your account will be either directly activated from the system by the Customer Care operator or the activation code will be resend to you by SMS.
What does activation code stand for?
The activation code is a password automatically generated based on which you can activate your portal account. For each phone number you can associate only one ZappMobile account.
How can I activate my ZappMobile portal account?
If you have a Zapp subscription, access Register area from ZappMobile, carefully read Terms and Conditions, and fill in the online form. You will immediately receive a short message (SMS) containing the activation code based on which you will activate your account. You will then log in the portal by using your Zapp name (Zapper) and your previously chosen password. Be careful when choosing your Zapp name (Zapper) because this will also be your email address (availablename@zappmobile.ro).
How can I access ZappMobile portal?
As you are an active person, you need the latest information whether you are in your office, at home or in the park. This is why ZappMobile can be accessed both from your Zapp phone (by simply pressing Web/WWW button) or any desktop/ PC/ laptop. Attention! Not all Zapp phone are enabled with a web browser (e.g. Z110 phone)! www.zappmobile.ro.
Who can have access on ZappMobile?
General information areas (news, press review, horoscope, jokes, weather etc) are available to any person visiting ZappMobile, being that a Zapp or non Zapp subscribers. On the other hand, for existing Zapp customers there are some special services areas such as ZappMail, Agenda, Calendar, Web2SMS, Games, E-cards, Zapp Compliment. On the other hand, all Zapp customers have exclusive rights to use value added services available on ZappMobile portal such as: email alerts, calendar alerts etc. www.zappmobile.ro.
