Z810i- the first mobile phone with high speed Internet access, Bluetooth and MP3 Player from Zapp

Zapp today announced the launching of Z810i, its first mobile phone with sliding keyboard that offers users the possibility to benefit at the same time from voice and high-speed internet access, up to 2.4 Mbps, on the same handset.

Moreover, Z810i is the first Zapp mobile phone that supports Bluetooth connectivity, which allows users to connect a wireless headset to the handset and transfer any type of documents among mobile phones, or to a PC. The Bluetooth function also makes possible to connect to Internet, removing thus the need of cables and wires.

Equipped with an embedded MP3 Player, Z810i has 32 MB of available space to store audio files and images. With the help of the stereo headsets and the speaker included in the package, the handset also benefits from high quality sound.

The high-resolution photo camera (1.3 Megapixels) with flashlight and digital zoom, offer users the possibility to take quality photos with a resolution of up to 1280x1024 pixels.

This particular mobile phone also grants access to Zapp Me service, that permits a user, among others, to email the photos taken or to personalize the handset with background images, ring tones, games, weather forecast, horoscope, cinema, exchange rate and Eng/Ro and Ro/Eng dictionary.

The Z810i telephone, developed by Ubiquam especially for Zapp, supports Internet connectivity in both mode CDMA 2000 1x (with speeds up to 153 Kbps) and CDMA 1xEV-DO (with speeds up to 2.4 Mbps). The embedded NetFront browser offers simple and fast access to Internet and Zapp portal (www.zappmobile.ro) straight from the mobile phone.
With a modern and attractive design and a TFT colour screen with 262 000 colours, possibility to transfer high speed data and compact size (99 x 48 x 24.1 mm and 115 grams), the Z810i phone addresses the high end users and costs between 129 - 229$, depending on the type of subscription chosen.
