Zapp launched the new eCare service

Zapp announces the deployment of a new online service for its customers, eCare, available for all Zapp subscribers via the ZappMobile portal.

"The eCare service brings an innovative approach on the Romanian market for the way users can interact with a telecom services provider. Using the Internet, Zapp subscribers have effective control of their customer accounts," said Valentin Nagacevschi, Senior Manager Billing Zapp.

Using the eCare section in the ZappMobile portal, Zapp subscribers can see at any time details regarding their bill and the cost of services used and can access their bill payment history. Also, bills can be downloaded in PDF format with electronic signature or can be received free via e-mail by selecting an option in the portal.

Also, the application allows the online management of important operations, such as restricting a phone in case of theft or loss of the terminal or redirecting calls to another phone number. Using eCare, customers can also find answers to frequently asked questions regarding Zapp products and services, without calling the customer care operators, or can send a request online to be called back by Zapp customer care staff. Users can also send feedback directly through the portal to Zapp specialists who will provide a competent answer in due time.

"Through eCare, Zapp increases the transparency of services available to subscribers, so that they can manage more carefully and direct their communications costs. For Zapp customers that have more phones, eCare becomes a quick and effective way to control the usage of terminal," Valentin Nagacevschi added.

The eCare service will be constantly updated with new features, in order to offer Zapp customers the best user experience.
